"Outstanding service, delivery, and support"
The items were readily available, and the customer support team was super quick and friendly in responding to my questions. They even took the time to add special instructions for the factory to rearrange the keys on the keyboard to match the Mac layout before sending it out. They followed up with a personal email to confirm it was dispatched, and it arrived the next day via DPD as a nice bonus. Truly fantastic service! Looking forward to shopping with Ceratech again down the line.

"Extremely let down"
I'm really let down, to the point that I've gone ahead and swapped it out. The keys, especially the space bar, often either didn’t register a space or added two spaces, which meant I had to revisit my work to fix it. Super annoying! Plus, the keyboard didn’t even rest flat on my desk; it wobbled, indicating there was definitely something off with it, either from being warped or a manufacturing issue. Honestly, I have a hunch it was returned before and then sent to me.

"Great quality overall"
Great quality overall, with some minor flaws (which are easy to overlook). If I were in the UK, I would’ve given it a full 5 stars, but unfortunately, since the UK is out of the EU now, shipping takes a little longer and costs a bit more. Product: Relegendable Cherry MX Keycaps (Shipped to Germany via UPS)

"Ceratech Accuratus Service Gets a Perfect Score"
I bought an ACCURARUS MINIMUSX Wireless Keyboard and Mouse combo from a third-party seller on Amazon, and after hitting a wall with a dispute, I reached out to the manufacturer, 'Ceratech Accuratus Ltd'. I can't say enough good things about this company. They are polite, empathetic, and completely professional. Big thanks to everyone at Ceratech for an amazing experience. And by the way, the keyboard is just fantastic; everyone should have one of these!
